Full service history, runs like new, etc etc.. I am on the original clutch & flywheel, the clutch feels absolutely fine, and honestly, feels brand new. 0-62mph acceleration and top speed. The entry-level engine is the 35 TFSI – a turbocharged two-litre with 148bhp and an 8.9-second 0-62mph time. The same engine produces 201bhp in the 40 TFSI The quickest, easiest way to wake up the ALH 1.9L TDI diesel in ’99-’03 Jettas is to reprogram the ECU. Oil knows better then I but at least on the old (1.6 na cars) the light on the dash is independent of the actual glow plugs working. I have a lighted washer sprayer hooked to the glow plug system in the rabbits to show when it is on and it never matches the dash light even with new glow plug relays (upgraded from slow to fast glow plug systems).

As copied and pasted from the Turbosmart web pages: The "flutter" noise reported by many excited enthusiasts may sound good but is actually very unhealthy for the turbo. The "flutter" occurs when upon shutting the throttle, air caught between the free-spinning turbo and the shut throttle. It looks like it was a bad 4 pin AC switch. The fans keep running on fast even with the Rad thermo switch unplugged. I unplug the AC switch and jump out pins 1-2, and the rest of the checks test out good. ( rad thermo switch of fast and slow) I have ordered a new AC switch, and also a radiator thermo switch for good measure.
